Who We Are

Hoot-n-Annie was opened by two close friends in October of 2006 with a goal of offering Portland families a truly unique alternative to traditional children’s resale. After eight months in business, they outgrew their first location and moved into the current location on Barbur Blvd.

On May 1, 2009, Neil and Tonya Manning, along with their two year-old son Connor, purchased Hoot-n-Annie and are fulfilling their dream of owning their own environmentally friendly business!

Neil and Tonya are both Oregon natives and enjoy all that Oregon has to offer. They are frequent hikers, campers, and explorers! On typical days off, you will find the three of them out and about enjoying farmer’s markets, local parks, and taking trips to both the mountains and the coast.
